At UBS I lead the product development of a bank-wide Anomaly Detection System, serving over 2.5 million clients globally.
A system like this helps understand usage patterns. For example, do you usually connect from Columbus, United States 🇺🇸? By analyzing behavioral patterns, the system can detect if the person logging into your e-banking account is actually you - or if it might be someone else trying to access your account.
